The package is extremely heavy and requires pickup by two people. Everything is neatly packaged and the building instructions are easy to follow. The frame is sturdy but light and easy to move after assembly. The bed freed up so much space in my daughters already small room. I would have wanted to ladder to be more comfortable maybe squared off instead of rounded. Other than that its such a great product. Awesome!
