I am short and would have liked to be able to lower the chair a little more. My goal was to find a chair that would work with an adjustable standing desk that I already owned. The lowest setting for the chair is higher than the lowest setting for the desk. With tweaking, all is well. I am happy also with the sturdy, comfortable construction.
