I ordered this chair a couple weeks ago. It was just delivered last week and came missing 50 of the parts. The only thing that came in this package was the back and seat cushion, mechanism, base and arms. All of the screws, casters, lifts, knobs, are missing. I reached out to customer service but have not heard anything.
