I am a first/time rebounder, using this form of exercise for aerobics, muscle strength, and for improvement of bone density. Im not too far past the health bounce stage but am already feeling benefits. The mat is sturdy (as opposed to squishy) and I am surprised to find that my balance is not compromised. After only a few weeks, I am feeling improvement in my strength.
