The ottoman was good and will serve its purpose. However, my complaint was that FedEx left the 80 lbs. ottoman at the bottom of my stairs and I couldnt get it upstairs myself (especially after surgery). The company was supposed to reach out to me but no one ever did. I wouldve gotten a second ottoman for my Mom, but the delivery was so horrible...Ill pass. What ever happened to customer service/care?
