Easy to assemble. I did it myself One year later after purchase King size.
I thought this platform bed was the best thing since sliced bread. Sturdy, nice looking, super easy to assemble and disassemble. Did NOT squeak whatsoever.
Honey n I bought a $1300 bed to go on this lovely platform. After a month our brand new mattress was dipping. Just figured our pillow top mattress was a dud.
Bought another bed. A FIRM foam mattress. Only to have our backs killing us. I chalked it up to having a bed curse. We were miserable. Finally sleeping on our floor ;(
It dawned on me our problem was the SLATS! Yep. Theyre weak. We are not very large people. 157 and 165.
We spent $140 dollars on ply wood from Home Depot. Sealed it good with primer to lock away subfloor off gassing. And WALLA!
Our bed is PERFECT
FINALLY!
So just beware. The slats are not going to support your bed or you properly. Buy some good sturdy plywood. Or sub flooring. Its worth it.
We love our bed. Its perfect :)
Perfect in every way Except one FLAW
