Decent bed for a kid. Overall height is not bad, around 33/34 from the floor. Is a little wobbly, could use some angle braces to enhance the stability. Package arrived entact without any damage, which is surprising these days. Biggest negative in my opinion is the railing on the side of the stairs is not very strong. It needs a center vertical support. I would not recommend putting much weight against it or leaning on the railing. The assembly instructions are not the greatest with poor pictures and the ladder assembly is almost an afterthought. Overall for the price a decent bed. My Nephew likes it,
