We purchased this to be a craft and paper storage for our boys playroom. It will work perfectly for this intent. A lot of reviewers said the pieces arent labeled but we found tiny stickers on most of the boards (I included a photo of this) and could have figured it out from the diagrams in the manual if the stickers hadnt been present.
If youve ever put together drawers before, you know that they are often embossed with CL or CR (this means cabinet left or right) and DL or DR (drawer left or right), so those were easy to identify as well.
Did the manual suck? Yeah, kind of. But its not impossible; theres just room for improvement. Primarily because they are constantly flipping the diagrams around. So in step whatever youre looking at the bottom and then they indicate flipping the unit upside down and a 90° On another axis and you have to figure out the new orientation. Many times, the flip was unnecessary. Outside of that, it was /level easy.
Love that you can opt to not install casters. Love the size. Love the clean white look. Love that it took only 40 mins for me and my love to leisurely build this while we had a project beer and listened to a stand/up comedy special.
PRO TIP: Pay attention to the step in the manual where you only install SIX of the drawer tracks on each side. You cant install the seventh track until the step that says to do so, or youll cover some cam locks you need to tighten first. Thats literally the only place I could understand someone struggling. The reviews that say only six drawers fit and stuff baffled us. Really good.
