Received in good condition but it didnt come with any instructions! Very difficult to try and figure out everything without it.
Edit: I received an email a couple of days after with instructions in attachment and they offered a refund of 20. Instructions were all I needed and the initial package came in good condition, so Ill change my rating to a 4. My son loves it!!
