GOOD PRODUCT, NOT THE BEST BUILDING EXPERIENCE.

The good - Its a nice, solid, SMALL(check measurements so you arent surprised) coffee table with a SOLID lift top. Its way more sturdy than i expected. The bad - i heard about people getting damaged pieces out of the box and made sure i checked every piece and found one cracked board. Its cracked where the wood studs go in so its not that big of a deal so i didnt bother calling to replace because i didnt want to either not have a table or have to take it apart when the replacement came in. Make sure you check for damage. Tips for putting it together - The bolts that go in with allen keys are horrible. I ended up using a drill gun with an allen key head on an awkward angle to get it in without spending an hour on each. Youll see what im talking about and curse for having such a poorly thought out design. Using the gun will strip them if you arent careful but hopefully yours will go in before stripping like mine. The screws that you have to have to use a twist cap on are annoying because they decided to not give you pre threaded holes. So itll be easy to go in at a bad angle if you arent careful. ALSO, the twist caps that im referring to above, are a really fragile metal... dont use a drill gun on them because they will (and did) strip. All in all, im happy with the purchase and would recommend it. Just make sure you know what youre getting yourself into and send a nasty email about the bad allen key bolt spots lol read through comments and youll see the frustration about them.
