This has been a strong, sturdy couch! I had to return another brand, but this one is solid. The pull/out is easy to open and is comfortable at night. When I pull it in (retract), sometimes the pin locks up, but its fine / you can simply push the pin in again. Overall, weve not had issues and weve had it for about four months. Overall, great value for the price.
