Do not buy this chair if you are over 6 tall. It is more comfortable then my last chair, but the arm rest are so low that they serve me no purpose at all. Not to mention the chair doesnt raise up very high so my knees are never at a 90 degree angle, which does not help my posture very much. It is a good chair if you are closer to around 5
