Chair was easy to assemble and very comfortable. The recline remote has an up and down illuminated green arrow, so it’s very easy to operate. The only negative comment I have is the heat and massage remote is worthless. The massage is more annoying than comforting and you cannot have the heat on without the massage feature. The instructions tell you how to use the heat without the massage, however I could not turn off the massage so I don’t use it. My 99 year old dad uses an electric throw blanket instead.
