Bought on Tuesday, received on Friday. The plastic mold around the gas lift was cracked completely down the side (picture 1). This keeps the top part of it from being able to stay in place. (Picture 2). The leather back has a tear in it from the metal screw receptacle poking through it because it was not lined up from the packing being stored in the seat back. (Picture 3) The receptacles are almost all improperly lined up with the holes in the chair material itself. The chair is decently comfortable and fairly easy to assemble with a little work needed with the arms because of the aforementioned holes not lining up. And although both major issues I have arent noticeable by just glancing, its frustrating to have issues with a brand new item.
