This couch is very comfy, soft, and has lots of storage! We ordered the modular set which was shipped in 9 boxes. We received a separate message from when it was shipped giving us the tracking numbers for each box, so 6 arrived on the same day and 3 boxes came a day later. Great customer service and a convenient modular sofa if youre needing something asap. Only negative weve had with ours so far is trying to get each piece to align perfectly if we need to move the whole sofa. Nice for the price.
