It was oddly hard to find a good quality, nice, complete, brushed nickel, round head, shower system. Finding separate pieces was easy enough, but each separate piece was as expensive as this entire set. Only downside is this is a wall mount, but it was easy enough to buy a separate ceiling mount for it.
