We havent used this as a bed yet but its my familys favorite chair. We dont use it as an ottoman really. But my kids sit on it to watch tv, color, or read, and when theyre not on it, its my puppys favorite spot. (I bought a waterproof stretchy cover for it.) Being able to raise one side to make a kind of recliner gave us extra seating and my dad and daughter hung out side by side watching Charlie Brown on Thanksgiving. Good Product.
