The set up of this bed frame was amingly easy. All hardware and tools were provided and the directions could not have been easier to follow. One person could have set it up easily in about a half hour. It was easier with two people, as are most things. We kept commenting on how easy theyd made it for us. We also got the 12 foam mattress. The 12 frame and 12 mattress make for a shorter bed height than were used to, but since the mattress is HARD (we refer to it as the Flintstones bed) were going to get a topper to put on it which will not only make it easier to sleep on, but add a couple of inches of height to the bed. Overall we are extremely pleased with this bed and mattress. Another plus is that this bed arrived in three days! We though it might take longer. Great!
