Maybe Im missing something, but neither one of my chairs will raise or lower. The lever feels loose and does not do anything when pulled. Hopefully customer support can help, but I dont see a way to contact the seller.
EDIT: I saw another review that resolved my issue. There is a black plastic cap on top of the hydraulic post that has to be removed before you install. If you do not remove it, it ends up getting jambed into the base of the seat and will not allow the adjustable lever to function. Beautiful color good quality
