Ive only had this Gazebo up a week, so I cant comment on durability. The assembly of the frame and base was easy. The roof panel assembly was a bit of a nightmare. Very carefully examine each page and look for details in the pictures to help. Do one step at a time. Im still not sure how you can screw in the wedges with a drill in one of the final steps. Its pretty tight since you have to reach through the gap between the 2 roof levels with a drill to do so. It would have been so much easier if they put the wedges under the roof somehow. At the moment we dont have any leaks and it has survived a few strong gusts of wind. We only used the mosquito mesh, not the curtains, but I liked the tieback design. It looks nice overall, and will hopefully last.
Tough roof assembly, but good overall
