When I bought this desk, I had very little in the way of budget, so I wasnt expecting a top of the line item or anything. Keeping that in mind, this is a great little desk for the price. The drawers are shallower than I thought theyd be, but still deep enough to fit everything I wanted to in them (art supplies mainlysketchbooks and the like). The biggest drawback, and the only thing about this desk that really bugs me, is that all the edges are sharper than the shards of Narsil! Like the other reviews say, the handles on the drawers are machined in such a way that makes their edges super sharp and pointy. The same goes for the wooden panel that makes up the top of the desk: its edge is a very exacting and unforgiving 90 degrees of unbeveled wood veneer, and if you rest your forearms on it like I do, theyll start to hurt before too long.
Still, overall Im very happy with this desk and would buy it again if I couldnt afford an upgrade.
Looks sharp! Unfortunately, it also IS sharp.
