Customer service was the best I wish I knew her name
The loft bed can with parts that where bent. So it was hard to put up. Then I had to buy wood and attach it to the loft. Right now its perfect. Because of the wood.
I give 5 stars to customer service wow are they the best. I got help and fix the product problem in 5 minutes and the person that took my call was the best she even chatted with me as she helped me. I wish I could find her she she could get a good review. Very impressed with the quality.
