Good sturdy trampoline, missing small parts in box
Setting up this 10ft trampoline with a safe enclosure net was a breeze for me, especially as a first-time assembler. The entire process took just a few hours with the help of one person. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the fact that the box was missing some essential screws, washers, and bolts crucial for the assembly. I didn't reach out to the company for support, so I can't speak to their customer service. Despite the setback, I appreciate the design of the trampoline. The net is positioned on the inside of the springs, providing a reassuring sense of safety. The 10ft size is adequate for a single child, and the trampoline appears sturdy. However, it would have been more convenient if the package included stakes, which I had to purchase separately for added stability. Additionally, I wish the product description had mentioned the impressive 660 lbs capacity, making it suitable for up to 3 kids. The trampoline also comes with a waterproof jump mat and a ladder, although the ladder may not be necessary for everyone.
