Quite robust. Assembling it single-handedly posed a bit of a challenge, particularly when attaching the circular frame/legs. Having an extra pair of hands to support the lightweight frame would have certainly made the process smoother. Nevertheless, my daughter is thrilled with the outcome, and overall, I am pleased with the purchase.
