I'm 5'3" and in good shape since I exercise daily. My husband is currently deployed, and I just moved into my new home where I don't know anyone yet. Despite the challenges, I managed to assemble the trampoline by myself. I watched some helpful YouTube videos and carefully read the instructions provided. The trickiest part for me was flipping the assembled frame over because my step ladder is still in storage. I had to get creative and consider an alternative method – assembling the legs and two pieces of the frame separately, flipping the four assembled pieces over, and then locking them together. This required finding something substantial to prop the pieces up while connecting them, which was a bit challenging but doable. Overall, the assembly process was straightforward, and I found the instruction booklet to be sufficient. It's possible they've updated it recently to make it more user-friendly.
