We purchased it as a Christmas gift for our children, and due to weather constraints, we only set it up a week or two ago. During the setup, we noticed some minor damage to the mat in a few places. Although the tears weren't substantial, we were concerned they might develop into holes over time. Upon contacting the seller, they promptly sent us a replacement. Overall, it was a wonderful purchase, and our children are delighted with it.
