The trampoline has proven to be an excellent way to keep her active. We came up with a fun incentive – she's allowed to watch a movie only if she jumps on the trampoline at the same time. It's become a perfect solution for both entertainment and exercise. We've set it up in her playroom, and it also works well on the side of our living room.
