We've been using this product for a few months now, and it's been a hit with the kids. It was a breeze to put together, taking about 2 hours. It's just the right size for our 2 and 6-year-olds. After four months of use, the trampoline has proven to be quite durable. It even withstood a Texas storm that caused damage to our fence and required a new roof. During the storm, the trampoline did get carried away a bit and pulled the anchors out of the ground. However, the company's customer service has been exceptional. They are taking care of everything and providing assistance in resolving the issue. Incredible customer service!
