This beautiful chair arrived well packaged and had no issue with any broken parts. I appreciated this since Ive seen other reviews about similar items that were damaged in shipping -- NOT this one. My teenager was able to put it together quickly, and in less than an hour, I was sitting comfortably at my home-work area. The cushion is soft and holds up well for the hours that I work. It rolls best on a wood covered floor mat. While its pretty pricey, it was worth it for me.
