2 person assembly, will always need two hands to lift/put down the top
Everyone else has said this in their reviews (which Im glad I saw going into it) but the last step of the build requires two people; one to hold the top in place while the other screws it together from underneath.
My other note is this: the instability of the top section. Trying to open it with one hand can result in the top wobbling the whole time, which is not the greatest for any loose items or liquids you may have on top. The springs kinda seem like the wrong tension as well, the top will kinda slam closed if you dont follow through the whole way. Maybe different springs would fix that.
All in all a good table though. Seems sturdy, and I love that it came with some sort of corner protection. My shins and my cat love that part.
