It took some time to put together but I did assemble alone. Directions say second person needed to hold table top while screwing in the spring piece. I rested the table on the couch with shoe box while I screwed in spring hinge. Everything is labeled well but one or two bagged items I didnt notice were labeled right away. Directions are straight forward. Its packaged well and I didnt notice any damage. The table is small, which is a plus for me, but very functional height (desk use) and storage . Its study once assembled and the rustic brown looks good. Wish I found this a long time ago.
