The stools are beautiful and sturdy and match our kitchen perfectly. They came packaged very well and all parts were present - however, thats why I was so confused and disappointed to see that every one of the six stools we ordered came with backs that were damaged. Not enough to be unusable, but each one had to be sanded a bit, then stained to match..... As mentioned, they were packaged very well so it appears they were already damaged when placed in the boxes - very poor quality control by a company that generally has very nice furniture.....
