Ordered 3 bar stools. One came damaged, returned for another and it also came damaged. Customer service at was very helpful and I had another replacement sent that was perfect. When assembling the first chair it went together without a problem, the 2nd chair had a leg that wouldn't fit into the space it was supposed to attach to. Had to sand the space to make the opening large enough for the leg to fit. Haven't assembled the 3rd chair yet. Chairs are very comfortable and sturdy. The back is supportive and hits at just the right spot to feel comfortable.
