Im not sure where to begin with this review
/Shipping/
There were roughly a few days of delay which I completely understand given the current global situation and all. Once I got it, the box was pretty beat up but thankfully there was another box within the box that protected from any damage.
/Packaging/Assembly/
Once I opened it up, packaging so so neat and great. The headboard will have every part you need all zipped and stowed away once you open the package. No issues there. Assembly also is pretty easy to do for one person to do.
/Rest/
This is where I am starting to have issues. Right off the bet, the dimension depicted on the photo is something every user needs to take a close look at. I am not sure why this was set this way but the dimension in the product detail shows 80.5 inch in length which I took it to best measurement. Then, of course when I was going through the assembly, it didnt fit into the corner I originally imagined because I was apparently a few inches off. I looked at the picture again and the width only goes until before the headboard. It does not include the headboard width dimension. Why would they do this? Not sure. Now, Im stuck with a frame that I cannot possibly re/pack for a refund due to its volume and weight. I have to move everything around the room just for this frame. If I knew better, I would have gotten a frame without the headboard.
Other than that, the quality of the product really is okay. Right off the assembly, I have noticed that the feet of the frames have the screws inserted in a tilted way. When this goes into the bed, it tilts and looks a bit off. Other than that, just small things like zipper just broke for no reason and the backside of the headboard is dangling now
Honestly, it might be my lack of attention on dimension, but please have it corrected for others that may make the same mistake. Its not really a small appliance that you can send back at ease for a refund. I really wish my first experience with could have been a bit better than this
