I was so excited to receive this desk for my home office. The desk arrived and we took it out of the box and started assembling it right away. Things were going great and it looked perfect.and then we turned it over and realized all of the screws were too long and went right through the table top! We unscrewed them and added washers so the screws couldnt go through but the damage was already done. The top of my desk now has bumps that protrude. This makes it difficult to write since now the surface isnt smooth. It also looks terrible. My suggestion is to be careful when putting the screws in so you dont tighten them too much because they are too long
Screws are too long and ruined the desk top!
