The material seems fine but it did not come with he screws, bolts or allen wrench needed to build it in the first place.
Which is,
All M6x10mm
All M6x40mm
All M6x45mm
All M4 Screw caps
All M4x12mm
And the Allen Wrench.

They got back to me fairly quickly and the missing pieces are being sent.
