Company is in China. I had a problem with assembly that needed a couple new parts. Not only did they answer my email immediately, they communicated with me until it was resolved. They are sending me a whole new desk no charge. Plus today, I received an adorable little bear made with tiny roses as an additional gift. This was all handled professionally and quickly. I have really never dealt with a problem with any company that went so smoothly and they were so very nice about everything. It was a pleasure to interact with them.
