Desk is solid but some of the pieces did not look new(edited)
The desk is pretty solid and fits 4 monitors on it quite nicely. The quality of some of the parts was disappointing though. Some of the pieces were covered in a discolored dust and not shaped evenly. As seen in the pictures, as I started putting the desk together, some of the pieces already looked like someone else had over/tightened them and bent the metal. If everything was clean and looked new, this would have been a 5 star review.
(Edit) the customer service has been great and did more than necessary to remedy this situation. If you have a problem with any product, Im sure they would do whatever needed to make sure everything is right.
