11MAR Update: reached out to me concerning my review. They were apologetic and willing to work out a solution to the issues I had. Their customer service is top notch and effectively gave me confidence in their services. I would be willing to purchase from them again after this interaction. I found that they sincerely care about their products and the service they are providing to the customer. If you have an issue reach out to them and they will get to you immediately to resolve it.
One of the outside legs had no bottom hole to screw in the support bar. I needed to puncture a hole with my Leatherman multitool (the flat head first as it was the most pointed and then the screwdriver) and hammer using the opposite outside leg as a guide to make the first mark. The packaging was good to use to deaden the harsh steel on steel sound. Some wrapping on top of the multitool and below the leg. Once that was complete I wedged the screwdriver around to make the hole just big enough for the screw to get through. It worked perfectly allowing everything to come together.
I also received two assembly instructions. So, Im sorry if you are missing yours. The instructions themselves are not easily understood. Having an editor would go a long way in clearing up the instructions.
For a example a better edit would be: When assembling, the wide holes need to face up and down so that you can adjust the desk top.
Not: When assembling, the two holes should be on the bottom, and the two opposite holes should be on the top to attach the desktop (go all the way through the bar).
Once it came all together it looks great and is very sturdy. I probably wouldnt buy it again though as I have no confidence in getting all the parts ready to assemble. I might not have the means to correct a problem again. I would imagine returning such a thing is a hassle especially since the outside box was pretty banged up already (the contents inside by all means were fine, besides the missing screw hole). That means I would have to pay for a new box and take time out from my job to get this thing out for return delivery. The time, money, and gas spent for an issue would be a waste. If that was the case I would have been better off just buying a folding table at Home Depot from the start.
Great customer support
