I purchased this for a home office. The package arrived with pieces neatly and safely packaged. The 4 support bars were missing from the package, however I contacted the company using the email provided in the package, and was very pleased with how well and timely the error was corrected. I contacted . on Dec 7th and had a response within a few hours. On Dec 8th I received word that the missing parts would be shipped to me, and by Dec 10th I had an email confirming shipment with a tracking number. I received the parts Dec 18th (they were shipped from overseas) and was able to finish putting my desk together. One caution/ on the instructions page where it warns you about the upper and lower bars, make sure you take the time to read and understand the instructions. I thought I had it, but ended up putting them on in the wrong direction and had to backtrack. Other than that hiccup on my part, it was easy to put together.
I love this desk! It is very sturdy and looks great! Even with the initial missing parts, I am impressed and not at all disappointed I would definitely buy from this company again!!
