The first order was lost in shipment which was annoying. was good about refunding; however, I had to reorder at a slightly higher price which seemed a little unfair. The second one arrived with no problems. Assembly wasnt too difficult, but the horizontal support bars have holes on practically all sides and the directions dont really say how to orient them. The consequence was that the small decorative cross bars ended up on the inside instead of the outside, not a showstopper. The finished product looks great and is very sturdy for three large monitors.
