1. Terrible first impression. Right off the bat, the package appeared messy with broken Styrofoam pieces everywhere. I had to dust them off from all the parts. It left my living room pretty dirty.
2. Instruction packet was not provided. I had to only the video as reference which is not as detailed as it should be so it made assembly extremely difficult. I had to to disassemble and then reassemble parts a few times.
3. Poor quality parts. As you can see in the picture, one of the screws was, well, screwed up. Thankfully, they had a spare one I could use. The wood was also very fragile since the surface of the desk broke very easily when I applied the screws.
