Frame was easy to build by following the pictured instructions, a power tool helped instead of using the manual tool that came with the product.
The downside is, there are plastic clips which hold the wooden slants to the bedframe, which once they're in, the plastic can not be removed without braking the clips.
I installed all the clips backwards, thus needed a whole new set of clips. I followed the replacement instructions on their website and received new clips within 4 days. Amazing company response.
Once properly assem led you'll have a nice bed with 4 extra large drawers.
