Be prepared for frustration, good final results but frustration!
This is a beautiful product. That is once it is put together. The directions are ridiculous. Getting into the package of screws is like getting into Fort Knox. And the numbers that correspond to the screws come off as you open the package. So youre not sure which is which. The screws to put on the caster wheels could not possibly be any smaller. There must be an easier way toBe prepared for frustration, good final results but frustration! attach the wheels to the drawers. I have relatively small hands and it was difficult to hold the screw and the nut. (I mean seriously) That was by far the most time consuming and frustrating (and I mean frustrating) part of putting this bed together. I think your design engineer should take a look at the casters and how they are assembled. (and try and put a caster onto the frame of the drawer themselves.) Ug! Ug! Ug! As you are putting the bed together it makes no sense that there are holes on the outside rails. Explain it, please. A little more verbage in the directions would also be extremely helpful. I would not buy this product again simply because putting it together was one of the most aggravating things I have ever done. However, that being said, it looks awesome and you cant beat the absolutely incredible amount of storage.
