I love this chair and the is really pretty. The spring and base is very sturdy. That said, it was very disappointing to set it up and realize its crooked terribly. The holes were drilled in the wrong place. One of the holes had been drilled twice even. It just looked like a drunk did the machine work. Im disappointed.
