There was 1 small hick/up and that was I received 1 box (the chair) initially and the 2nd box (frame) later. But I will say, the seller responded to my contact in a matter of hours and provided me with the track in that response for the 2nd box, so great customer service. Now the chair is better than we expected. Assembly is actually very easy, very sturdy, extremely well built, and we are completely thrilled with the purchase !! We do highly recommend this chair.
