Beautiful chair. The expectation versus reality was spot on. I originally thought I was missing a piece for assembly. However I contacted the seller (late at night in the US), and I received a response before I woke up. It turns out I was just given an old set of instructions. If you appear to be missing the F piece, double check that the chair actually needs it for assembly.
Overall, great appearance and comfort (solid, firm support as needed for an chair), easy assembly, and excellent customer response time.
