We just bought this set. Ill update again as we use it, but our initial impression is that its exactly what we were expecting. It took my husband an hour to put it together.
Why we love it:
First of all, we had some delivery time frame issues and their customer service was very responsive and helpful. Thank you Chai.
Second, this is not a $2,000 set, so we did not have expectations of it being comparable to one. If you are looking for a taller profile, UV protected cushions, and better connectors, then youll have to spend a lot more.
Third, the set is pretty well made and while the cushions are thin, they are comfortable.
Fourth, it has two corner pieces and one is like a recliner! This makes the set really customizable.
