Received the coffee table very quickly, however it had some minor damage. I emailed the customer service with photos of the damage, and Leyla from responded immediately. She laid out the very easy process to get a new coffee table, sent it right away (without having to go through the hassle of sending back the damaged one), and followed up to ensure I received the new product and was happy with it.
On top of that, the table is beautiful. Ive been struggling with finding a coffee table for a couple of years and am very pleased with this choice.
