Its not the easiest to put together but isnt overly tough either. My only complaint is the extra feet at the bottom for support. The extra feet under takes up tremendous space and some of the larger items I planned to store under the bed had to be rethought and stored elsewhere. Also, the extra support feet make it harder to move on carpet, especially w/o help. Otherwise, I love it!
